So, I've noticed that Garrison is more or less dying out, and I wanted to change that. I made a linkshell today dedicated to low-level (Probably 20 cap) Garrison. This is a great oppurtunity to make some easy cash, meet new people, and also include some newbies in an event in which they can actually contribute something. Anyone who's interested, please send a /tell to either myself (Skatanic), Julianne or Skaarj. No events are scheduled as of this point in time, but once our ranks grow there will be a weekly run. Ideally, we'll do as many runs as we have items, everyone is entitled to at least 1 item, and those who initiate the Garrison with their item are entitled to any surplus items, this loot system may be up for revision if I find that it isn't working, but with an event like Garrison, it seems like the only fair way. Expect runs to fall on Sundays beween Noon and 8:00 PM (EST) Any other questions/ comments/ concerns, you can reach me in game, by PM, or by replying to this thread. Hope to see some of you out there.

EDIT: Changed thread name... dunno where I got "dynamis" from.

Hey Skatanic,

It's Hushi, friend of Julianne... I'm the taru with the emo /seacom you love so much. I'll talk to you guys about joining. Been playing for close to 3 years and I've yet to try a Garrison.

Correction, saw a JP linkshell doing one in West Ronfaure my first week playing. I Dia'ed an unclaimed Orc and proceeded to get slaughtered by the Orc, and the onslaught of squiggly lines and wwww's coming from the JP. It was great.

Hey, sounds like fun. I would drop by for a garrison or two.. maybe more If i get serious about putting a mannequin together.

Pardon me for being negative, but have you done a garrison before? I put together a 30 cap once in bub pennisula.. and even though I read strategies and a few guides here on alla, it was wild. But if you get good at it, you could be looking at a consistently(sp) good (and profitable ) event.

I have heard that 20 cap is more profitable then 30 cap, but 30 cap is easier. I know nothing about 40 cap, etc..

Again, I would be interested in participating, and I really want to fine tune a nice strat. for garrison. Ill send a /tell to one of the people mentioned in a few days.

To answer your question, yes, I have done 20cap garrison before. In all honesty, the only real strategy there is, is balancing out your groups. At level 20, there aren't too many job abilities or spells at anyone's disposal, so essentially as long as everyone can control hate and stay healthy, I can't see things going terribly wrong.

I was part of a garrison shell in the past that slowly faded away and my current shell also used to do them regularly until many moved on to bigger and greater things XD

I wouldn't mind joining up again, I thought they were fun and a nice way to make a chunk of gil instead of farming crap. I recently got my bf to start playing so I'd make him join also >3

The Dunes garrison was really easy to do and we often got a good amount of military items. Of all the lvl 20 garrisons I would say the sarutabaruta one was the easiest to do.

Let me know if something comes up, I'm Mnementh in game.

I would be up for a Garrison LS. I just returned after a year+ away from the game to find my old LS gone (OSG) so I'm in the market for new Linkshells

Game name is Aradon
