RAnt on SEFollow

OMG Im getting tired of this CRap yestarday after the maintence i log on wiht no prob. Then im chaging mules >.> an di get booted from ffxi. K i got pist was like wtf i didnt have lof prob before and now with the update i do. Anyways i didnt care hopefully se will fix the prob. Today im about to party getting my stuff rdy and i get kicked again. I cant Get on now;im pist its liek wtf a mantience to fix these prob which i never had. I didnt mind 10hr heck i wouldnt care if it went 24hrs. Then i get booted and then another update. And now kicked and worst part of this **** i cant even report it to se because service and supportr is down. JUst wonder who else has gone thru this ****. I just wish Se >.> would get teh job right.!!!!!!!! OR at lest hear are complaints or put something in thier site and aoppligies instead of teh ingame ystem message where no one has a prob with connections. JUSt wondering could we do anyhing about this and if anyone got ideas plz share.

So, it's obvious that complaining TO the problem (SE) - ABOUT a problem isn't working.

So, i have a suggestion....how about you complain to the people who deal with bad business practices. That being - The BBB (Better Business Bureau)

Here is a Link to Square Enix in the BBB. Not surprisingly, it gets an 'F' rating. Which is...the lowest rating you can get. While SE is not a member of the BBB (no sh*it) - the BBB does look into complaints about businesses.

So, if you really are serious (OP) about complaining somewhere.....do it here, it might actually get something done.

Sniper, i would guess that most game companies have an F rating.

If you are a game company you dont need to provide the type of customer support that other companies do, this has been more apparant over the past 10 years.

Gamers are complacent and tend to be willing to bend over for a long time before they actually get fed up.

So these customer service problems and such are a result of the environment that gamers have created.

So as much as we may be disappointed with SE, we should be equally disappointed with the majority of gamers that dont stand up for bad service thru out the years.

I remember getting ultima ascention, i still can play that game, most gamers couldnt play it when they bought it, they did some patches that really didnt fix the problems, then they put out a press release after a couple of patches and said that they wouldnt be supporting it anymore. Yet i bet still 50 percnet of users still couldnt play it, they just out the money.

So what does the company do, rerelease it as a cheap game for more sales of a broken game.

That kind of sums up the game communitity these days.

Zan, if people dont complain in the world, nothing gets fixed. The attitude of if you dont like quit, is a horrible attitude for this game or anything in general.

I feel sorry for you if this is your answer to things you dont like.

Personally, if i see someone that says, if you dont like quit, I automaically assume your 14 and mommy and daddy pay your fee.

K im not saying thier mores than this in a social life but im saying im getting tired of them doing these updates not fixing it honselt i wouldnt mind it beeing whole month w/o ffxi if they just fixed it. 2ned beside this beinga rant this wasnt just a forum to ***** about SE but also anyone had ideas what we can to better thes eloging prob or do something about SE not hearing are compliants. AND if anyones get rate down from this forum wow O.o Why do u rate people down when teh foum says rant on SE. When it states what it is. And for people O.o who actually try something to take care of this prob.
Also another thought is this ya its a game but like me i bet thier meny people who dont have much time to play ffxi becaus ethey do have work school and friends to do stuff outside of ffxi and bascily when we do get to play we cant get on and myabe u can play only like 1 day out a week so 4 times a month. And your paying for the game..that why people get pist.

Though I aggree the constant down time is getting annoying, I think I am one of the few people actually praiseing SE on a level for actually attempting to fix the problems. FFXI isn't some common computer that can be fixed with adaware or reformatting... the game apparently got seriously beat up by angry 3rd party people. If you are going to be pissed off at anyone, be pissed at the stupid baby rat bastards who insist on continueing to ruin the game... and that goes for you damn botters too! >.< Play fair and stop ruining everything you greedy, angry, evil, meany heads! Atleast SE is trying, even if it isnt producing much at the moment...
