20M??? Good Lord, wouldn't that be a deal. Looks like Meowzer was trying to rip you off with that offer. Perhaps she had planned on reselling it for 150M and making a hefty profit. 150M is much closer to the current going price, albeit slightly on the high side. Only a complete idiot would think that 20M was a legitimate offer.
If I had one and was in the mood to sell, yes I'd sell it for 20m. Without hesitation. Maybe even less, 15m seems more reasonalbe to me.

imo it's up to own preference. i have fought loo many times, used the club and some member was given for their job. 1.5-2yrs back then it was 10-15mil. altho now due to inflation and many items are up for rediculous price, club for 150mil would be quite atrocious giving it's limited use (show off or just getting tp which is useful in only some aspect minus dynamis or hnms etc). in the end those who have plenty of gils from their accumulated adventure or (some other ways) and want to show off will just buy at whatever price it's offered.
