Well, my LS has about 25 members or so, not huge, but usually about 10-15 people on in peak hours- 9-12pm EST... There's a range of levels- 2 @60, few @50, some 40s, a lot around 30, and some newbies as well. We have our own website with forums & everything...

The owner surprised us the other day with a note that he was taking at least some time off, if not retiring for good, however, we are definitely keeping the shell together, just trying to determine if we need a new pearl or not... he wasn't on too much to begin with, so I don't see it hurting the shell at all.

if you dont see Jaffar you can check for Hocuspocus (my taru char) as well.
