GM WarningFollow

This is just a warning that I thought people should know about. Me and my friend were hunting hunting the Gaurdian Crawler in CN. 2 players came up to us and said "English Leave." (note: weren't NA, were JP) Well the Gaurdian Crawler is an NM popped by trading an item to the ???. Gaurdian Crawler drops an item for a quest in Selbina. Well we refused to leave, and every time we would trigger the pop, they would steal our gaurdian crawler. As you may know, you cannot out pull someone if they have a faster server rate than you, which means the closer to a server you are and/or connection speed, you'll never have a chance to outpull that person. Since they were spamming provoke, and neither me nor my friend had an avatar or wyvern to disrupt the /targetnpc macro, I pulled a non-aggressive worker crawler to the spot where the GC pops, then I would continue to keep it slept. Anyway, we start to outpull the japanese players. They leave, and a while later I notice a game master say something in /say mode by accident. I meant to say something in /party mode but said something like "Game masters are totally useless, I bet even you could be a game master lol." Anyway, a few minutes after I said that, I'm warped to Mordion Goal (FFXI Prison). So this game master appears before me and accuses me of trying to Massive Player Kill those 2 level 75 japanese players with my 1, non-aggressive, lv 35 worker crawler. I called him a moron and told him I wanted to speak with his supervisor. He wouldn't let me. He then continued to ask me if I knew that MPK was wrong, and I told him to stfu for being such a moron. He then said my account would be suspended for 48 hours. I call and complain about the game master Yvestra who caused all of this trouble. I talked to someone on the support line, and I found out that no one had even called a game master for attempting to MPK the japanese players. Which means Yvestra took it upon himself to "punish" me for saying GM's are useless. Anyways, I had the suspension lifted and I made a complaint against Yvestra. When I logged back on, the game master warped me from Mordion Goal (never did apologize) and I've never heard from him since. So if you ever need a game master for anything, stay away from Yvestra, because I'd take a 12 year old's judgement over his. (Game master armor sucks btw, they seriously look like a big red stove with that stuff on, but they sure have a lot of defense stats)

My Buddy was Telling me how someone cried "Bot" when he was camping Wandering Ghost. GM Shows Up, he gives the "Time of Day" in several chat modes, and is Kosher.

I Can see your Frustration, but Calling a GM Useless is like calling the Chef a *Long and Drawn out filthy name* and wondering why your Food tasted like Crap. I'm not saying the GM Actions were justified, but sometimes, the Karma Police are working the Strip.

Hmm.. Was that the time you sent me a /tell to out-muscle the JP players for GC? Youuu my good man, just wanted my wyvern lol.. Anyway.. I was curious why I didn't hear from you after that. Now I know.

Well what he missed into /say was only proven true by the GM, right? lol BUT I can't honestly say I'd be happy about someone saying I suck at what I do for a living when they have absolutely no clue what all I have to do. I mean do you REALLY know what all GMs have to do day in day out? I'd be fairly pissed about it.....however that's when the fact that you're a Judge in this game comes into play.....if you say "***** you" to a court judge, you get thrown in contempt of court D: Of course this is much different, but it's just saying everyone is a person, and persons get angry when you diss em :E lol You should call a GM for item jacking, if you were popping guardian and them taking the pop, they were, in essense, jacking your rolanberries :x. If they say something about Fair Claim or whatever, just ask "What if this was AF1 NM?" Someone could sit there and jack your AF1 nm every time you pop it if they wanted to(Assuming it doesnt pop claimed, I kinda remember some of mine not), it's the same principle >.>

First of all, I was calling him a moron because he wasn't listening to regular "adult" logic. When he has already decided he's going to stick it to me regardless of logic, I may as well be an A hole lol. But regardless, I did explain everything in complete detail and about how there wasn't a chance in hell I could MPK those jp with that 1 invincible, mighty, gruesome, deadly (omfg i'm kidding) worker crawler. I mean hell, those guys could've killed an army of workers had they ever feel the need. Oh, and yes lenwei, that's the time I sent you that /tell lol.

XD Dude! I was in CN when that happened! I wondered why you didn't come back...

Ah well. Still, Yvestra is very...touchy, shall we say. She helped me out 2 times when Khazam's massive lag took me underwater twice on the docks. She INSISTED it was my card causing the problems and NOT the server lag. So yes, she is kinda 12 year oldish.

I like how you cry how the jp have this ping advantage over you then as soon as you keep a mob slept near them they loose it.

Don't lie. You didn't tell any gm to stfu or call him a moron. Next time post a ss of the conversation with the gm. That will make it more believeable.

You must be his friend that he was talking about? Well there's several things wrong with his story. First he claims the 2 jp were beating him and his friend at every pull because of unfair ping advantage until he slept a mob near them.

Spamming their voke macro would make the 2 jp's cycle the slept mob true, but so would this guy and his friend. So in other words, he and his friend were still at the same disadvantage like he claims and then they suddenly start to get every claim now that there is an extra mob the 4 of them are cycling through? BS.

Second, no way any GM incompetant or not will ever put up with that type of verbal abuse from a player. The GM would append the conversation logs to why he was suspended and you thing SE will allow a precedent for their customer base to verbally abuse their employees and get away with it? Riiiiight.

Third, with all the gm calls in queue constantly this guy is claiming a gm had nothing better to do than to be hanging out in CN at the same location the four of them were at and take it upon himself to punish this guy?

Tell this guy to revise his BS story and post ss if he wants people to believe he "wtfpwned" 2 jp and a gm at once.

Just to be a little on the bright side, I had a small and relatively insignificant encounter with a GM. But he was one of the most attentive and genuinely nice people I've ever met on the game. His name was Thunderan, and for what its worth, I endorse him as an excellent GM ^^.

Yeah i've also heard that most GM's from ragnarok suck i've had 3 encounters
with GM from ragnarok and they were very nice seems like most are aholes and biased. As for the idiot coming in here bashing cort get a life you loser just stfu and dont say anything else. I've heard of 2 accounts of GM's being chewed out by players and nothing happening. GM's are crap just there to be your conscious in this game. Yes i'll admit i MPK'd a party in qufim did anything happen? No of course not
GM's are having fun sitting at a computer doing nothing. Their answer to everything is blacklist and ingore them and the all famous "this matter will be looked into"
meaning he/she doesn't care its probably some guide they are given and thats what they are told to everybody. People have been put in jail for "inappropriate names"
yet nothing happens when you get mpk'd so fine do it back. I got mpk'ed by a bst when i as doing Guardian Crawler killed the scorps and moved on with my life dont waste your time calling a GM. Have fun
