Eh. Some of the stuff they just pulled was awesome, but also predictable. Saw this twist coming a mile off.

They're really amping up the Evangelion levels, though. The most recent episode was almost scene for scene similar to parts of various Evangelion movies.

Kill la kill: Actually, I predicted pretty early on that they were sisters. Anime characters usually don't have the same hair and eye color unless there is a reason.
