I'm kind of surprised that there isn't a thread about this right now. Who else loves the show? Thoughts about how the last few episodes are going and what might hapen next?

The last three have gone more or less as I suspected. I enjoy the show, but damn is it predictable.

I dunno, I didn't see Walt's confession implicating Hank coming. I have found it a little predictable in some ways though. I'm still hoping that we'll still get to see who or whatever protected Gus from the cartel(as they seemed afraid to kill him for some reason), it seems to have been forgotten.

While I don't really get what was going on with Todd at the beginning of the last episode, every single other moment of the last episode (I half expected Walt to kill Jesse instead of hug him) was crazy good culminating with Jesse realizing Walt had Brock poisoned. That was a game changer.

Gus wasn't being protected from the cartel. They were keeping him alive on purpose but killing his men to send a message. They needed his distribution network and him to manage it so they wouldn't kill him.

Edit: After remembering the first meeting of Gus and the cartel I think I know what you were talking about now. How he was "somebody" in Chile.

I figure it's just foreshadowing that Todd is going to have a major role in the next few episodes. I also think it's showing that Todd isn't very cautious as he sat there bragging about the train heist and used Walt's real name. Edit: And, given the fat that Todd and his uncle's crew have the methlamine, it may mean that blue sky is about to make a re-appearance in Albequerque.

I can't wait to see what happens with Jesse and Walt this Sunday. Like you said, huge gme changer.

Exactly. They never continued with that and I'm dying to know. Who was Gus in Chile? What's his real name? Why wouldn't the cartel kill him? The guy who was shooting at the laundry even purposefully missed him. What's the deal?

I won't be able to watch Breaking Bad or Dexter for a couple of weeks..

I really liked the tension in what I've seen though, even if it was a tad predictable.
When Walt tries three different ways to stop Hank from pursuing his suspicions in the garage, I knew this last season would be good.

There were surprisingly few hits for how many shots were actually fired. Smiley: lol

They gotta save something for next week. Fairly certain Todd's uncle's #2 was using the gun that's in Walt's trunk in the flash forward, so there's one death we can probably count on.

I would not be surprised to see Gomez (?) and Hank die. But we'll see. Smiley: smile

Ya, Hank's a goner for sure. No one gets to be happy in Breaking Bad, & he was super happy (until the shootout started) at the end of that episode.

While I find Jimmy Fallon pretty hit or miss, this is pretty funny. *****.

What a powerful episode. Some thinks were anticipated (Hank, Gomez, Walt going away for a new life) but others completely took me by surprise Jesses new 'employment', Walt trying to clear Skylers name on the phone).

Most powerful hour of TV I've ever seen. Even though we knew some of those deaths were probably coming, like usual, nothing really happened as expected. Walt's gone full Heisenberg, it'll be interesting to see what happens over the next two episodes.

NPR had an interview with Dean Norris this morning. I don't watch the show so can't comment on it's worth.

Sums it up.
After loathing them for most of the series I felt kind of sorry for Skyler and Marie at the end. Their lifes seem pretty much devoid of happiness.

After reading so many negative comments I have a very hard time getting myself to watch the last two episodes of Dexter. :/

I was pleased with the ending, however, there's still a loose end.
