There is that. In fact, I watched with Six You Get Eggroll this weekend - an old Doris Day, Brian Keith movie. I had originally seen it with the family at the drive-in when I was just a tot.
Later as a teen the drive-in was one of our party spots. You could easily sneak in kegs of beer (and broke-*** boyfriends). But even later when my
kids were little, drive-ins were easy. Easier than a theater. We packed a picnic dinner. the kids could conk out after the first flick and hubby and i could watch the second in relative peace without worrying about a baby-sitter. Lastly though you just have much more lenience in your car than in a theater. If you want to smoke, drink, laugh ****, eat kippers or talk on your cell you can do that and not bother anyone.
