Spring 2013 season looks to be starting up next week. Not sure which to be excited about other than another season of Nyarko, but the Lucky Star spinoff sounds interesting.

What are you looking forward to?

I enjoyed it.

That doesn't necessarily mean anything since I have strange tastes.

I'll probably watch Shingeki no Kyojin, having followed the manga. Maybe Space Battleship Yamato 2199, though I haven't seen the original.

Nothing else seems especially interesting based on short summaries.

I don't know if "looking forward to" is the correct term, but the Fist of the North Star parody looks mildly interesting. Hataraku Maousama maybe. I read a little bit of Hentai Ouji To Warawanai Neko and remember not hating it, but I didn't continue reading it either. Yahari Ore No Seishun Love Come Wa Machigatteiru sounds familiar.

Didn't see that on the list. I'd watch that, too.

Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge: sounds odd enough to be interesting maybe?

Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai: Really looking forward to this one. Thoroughly enjoyed the first season.

Hentai Ouji To Warawanai Neko: Could be interesting. Don't know anything about it really, other than that just because Hentai is in the name doesn't mean it is.

Space Battleship Yamato 2199: Eh, maybe. I think I saw some of the original work, but don't really remember much. Could be worth a look just because of the original work.

Meh. Nothing interesting looking this season. Time to work off more of the backlog I guess.

Am I the only one that finds the idea of Kenshiro working at 7-11 amusing?

Shinseki no Kyojin and Suisei no Gargantia were both pretty awesome. I even watched the raw that's out for Gargantia's second episode because I couldn't be bothered to wait for subs.

If you're creeped out by that then anime might not be for you.

If you are creeped out by the image I posted, then I don't know what to tell you. If you are creeped out by lolgaxe's image, then well that's normal.

We gave the first episode test to Ginga Kikoutai (Majestic Prince) - it's a Gundam parody, and so far it's damn funny. It's Gundam Wing if GW didn't take itself so seriously. (And with the two girliest pretty boys swapped out for actual girls.) We'll be waiting for the second episode to see if it keeps up.

Every season, my husband doggedly gives the first episode test to everything released, so I'll chime in with anything else we stumble across that looks good.

If you like slapstick, Namiuchigiwa No Muromisan might be a good choice. Episodes are only 15 minutes long.
Anyone watch Aku no Hana? The show looks like it could be really messed up, but I have no interest in the style.

Also, I'm interested in how Karneval turns out... but seems like a typical story and is supposedly based on a josei manga, so I'm cautious.

Of course, I don't really read manga, so I may be missing something everyone already knows.

I don't see enough hype about Suisei. The MC is pretty alpha. He's earned the right to procreate. Slaps the probably main females ***. He even "senmetsu"s an entire pirate crew.

That one creeps me out less than the other, for some reason.

Shingeki no Kyojin Ep1 had displayed strong animation and character designs. I'm expecting a drop-off in animation, but even then the show should still be above average.

Is that the anime adaption of the LN "My Production Team Can't Possibly Spend This Little on Backgrounds!"? The biggest kick I got out of the show was when the intro switched to metal, cause nothing screams metal like pastel mermaids swimming through the ocean. Dropped after the first episode though.
