New strip is up with MITD teasers...

-- Is a "beast"
-- Is ugly (attractive to goblin beastmaster)
-- Can communicate with canines (and perhaps other animals)
-- Isn't "owned" by Xykon
-- Is immature (in age, not just attitude)

MITD has also communicated before with the demon roaches but since those are constantly making 4th wall breaking commentary, I don't know if it counts as useful.

I wonder what the shadow is going to draw, and if it's going to be influenced by the roaches.

But apparently exposition about personality is fine. Oh well, truthfully it was a necessary scene to show their inefficiency.

Which, of course, just fuels more speculation about what the MiTD is. Maybe he can fly/hover/whatever? Maybe he has really long stretchy arms? Maybe he has telekinesis? Who knows?

Looks like they also averted making any progress.

I guess it's a long winded way to remind everyone that Vaarsuvius did something regrettable.
