Oh... I thought that because of Tirith's spoiler that it was a character from OUaT. We really should have two separate threads for these shows for next season. Smiley: lol

I really didn't expect Rump to bring magic to this world. Seems that Rumpelstiltskin's true love is still Magic, even with Belle being back. He used the essence to bring Magic to the world. I'm really not sure what to expect next season.[/spoiler]

Do you think we should expect the next season?

Oh I do. I know a lot of people who have really enjoyed the show. It's unique, but still mainstream enough to grab the attention of your average American. Or at least, your average female American.

I'm expecting a second season. I remember reading an article in, I think TV Guide, that had the writers talking about they already had plans for season two's story. I think there was mention of a 'little mermaid' character.

I found the lack of Red in the last episodes disappointing. I think she played a large role when the assaulted the castle, but I don't recall them actually showing her.

I liked the finale, and I'm excited to see where Once Upon a Time goes next season.

Also: I've been watching old episodes of How I Met Your Mother on Netflix and was delighted to find out that Emma did a stint on that show.

ETA: also: I am in love with Neil Patrick Harris. I would rue the fact that he's gay, except that he and his boyfriend and their children are ******* adorable....

Grimm starts up again on Monday. Was a bit surprised to see it so soon. The preview for the season didn't show anything specific, just a bunch of scenes of different characters. Mondays are busy for me. Warehouse 13, Alphas, now Grimm, and of course Daily Show and Colbert Report still.

I'm not sure (haven't heard) when Once Upon a Time starts up.

September 30, if I'm to believe IMDB. Kinda wondering what season 2's going to bring. Friend said the creators had mentioned Sleeping Beauty and Captain Hook, among others. Mostly just curious as to how the whole magic thing is going to affect the pacing of the show, though.

Bumping because I just started watching Once Upon a Time and Grimm.

I'm enjoying Once Upon a Time a lot. I like the premise, and it's interesting watching the re-imagined world. To be honest, I was never a huge fairy tale person. But the modern setting has really pulled me into the tale, and it makes me feel like a kid again.

Grimm is enjoyable too. I started watching it because I wanted to see Mark Pellegrino's story (became a fan of his through Supernatural). Still early on, but it's promising. I love the Blutbad guy.

[EDIT]

For example, I just finished the episode where Prince Charming wakes up from his coma, and I'm internally screaming that his "wife" isn't who he's meant to be with. Which is pretty cool. I never would have cared that much without the fairy tale accompaniment, and I probably wouldn't have been that interested in the fairy tale stuff without the alternate reality.

I'm kind of glad they made Hank accepting of it, and not all "omg you are lying, blah blah". Was fun how they tricked the Coyote-guy and he freaked out when they weren't afraid of him. Hank just laid him out with a single hit.

On a side note, Fringe starts up at the end of September. I think the week after Once Upon a Time.

It never gets old when people think they have the upper hand and then suddenly they realize that they're dealing with a Grimm.

Edit: Silly me, spoiler tags are different than quote tags. Smiley: laugh
