Oh yes. Finally a release date, and it's relatively close.

I'm actually happy it was on a kids network. Honestly, a big part of me feels like Avatar on a kids network was the excuse to not have to include adult content, rather than the reason why they couldn't. I mean, they do a really solid job of exploring pretty much all of the same themes that a show with adult content would do. All we're really not seeing is sex and blood.

But we get polar bear dogs and platypus bears and... bears.



I remember laughing so hard at that clip. And that would never have existed if it wasn't on a kids network. Also, the Ember Island Players episode, which is one of the finest moments in all of television history. Seriously. It was the best.

I've been sick for a week, and today it's randomly worse than any other day, and all I want to do is watch Avatar now. But it's no longer on Netflix. And they don't have bluray versions out yet (which I'd happily buy)

And I don't want to watch it on my pc, because I have all these pretty new Steam games to play.

I found out Amazon Prime had them. So, hey, free month trial and all that.

It was okay, the jokes were good, and the serious business was serious. Enjoyed the introduction of **** movies. That whole scene was probably my favorite. Mako is Horatio Caine now. More Bumi and creepy twins, please. My major complaint is that Spoilerit all seems like a massive asspull. Not that it's bad, and I'm hoping it continues in the path it's going in, but the whole spirit thing is literally not mentioned anywhere else except starting with this episode. It came out of nowhere.

Kind of miss Lin Beifong, and didn't miss Iroh v.2.0 at all. Looks like they're setting up Jinora for big things, and I'm okay with that. I pointed and almost yelled "BADGUY!" immediately.
