The show is great, but this just doesn't seem to make much sense in regards to how the series works.

Edit: However, if it's possible to play as a Dalek, I could be tempted to try it out.

I'm guessing the Doctor has decided to turn the TARDIS into a refugee camp because of global warning, with the intention of saving humanity, and finally all those weird dimensions of the spacecraft will be put to good use instead of sitting empty as a rat maze for him to get lost in.

There's been an episode a couple of seasons ago, with Tennant and Piper, when the story was fairly centered around a couple of people getting dragged into the Doctor's world, having to fight the Angels I believe.

I suppose they'll be able to spin a tale around it all. I just hope they'll do more than just make people run around and wave sonic screwdrivers at things. Which for the most part is what Doctor Who has been about since they started it again. (not saying that it's not enjoyable and at times great, it is, just not always)

It was Freema Agyeman not Billie Piper, but you are right with the rest. The episode was called "Blink" IIRC.

My take on them making a Doctor Who MMO is, "This cannot end well." I hope I am pleasantly surprised but I think it will just be a disappointment to fans.

Well they have already made a Myst MMO, so it's just like the same thing, right?
