Gosick and Infinite Stratos?Follow

#1 Feb 21 2011 at 9:16 PM Rating: Good
Now that we're halfway through the seasons, I was wondering if people had some solid opinions on either of these shows. I haven't watched any of either one, but have been considering it as they're pretty much the only two I'm missing from this season and am wondering if it's worth it. I don't really NEED more shows to watch, but I don't wanna miss out on something good then have to catch up on it later.

I'm liking Gosick. It's a mystery series, basically. I have it rated 7/10 on MAL, I think its worth the watch so far.
Also, I like the Ending song.

I've only seen two episodes of Infinite Stratos, and I haven't felt like picking it up again.

I like Gosick, so I'd recommend checking that one out at least. The main character Victoria (sp?) is amusing to watch and is probably my favorite part of the show.

Infinite Stratos... uh, I don't really recommend it? It's not bad... it's not just not really that great. The plot has been done again and again: male student who is incredibly special attracts lots of women, add in fan service and a few robots, and you got yourself a show. I guess this show could be labeled as action/mecha as well, but it's not really that interesting when they do add it in.

Watched a few episodes of Gosick (my girlfriend is watching it, so I just catch one or two here and there while she is). Pretty good. I read that 9 volumes have been released, but I can only find the first three chapters of volume 1 online. Anyone have a site for the rest? I'd love to read it instead of watch it...

I've liked Gosick so far, Victorique is an excellent character. I also like her voice actor a lot, not sure who she is though.

Never argue with an idiot. They will just drag you down to their level and beat you with experience

I only know her from Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Girls and Sora no Woto. I agree though, I like her voice.
