I picked up the series on DVD the other day and after watching a few episodes I am pleasantly surprised to find that it's just as funny as I remember.

Are microbes having sex in your drinking water? Next, on Sick Sad World.

Yeah I picked up the DVD set a couple weeks ago and have been enjoying it again with my wife. It's just as funny as I remember. Before I bought it I read about how purists were in an uproar since they couldn't include all the original music due to licensing costs, but it didn't really detract from the experience.

One of the few spinoff shows that managed to be entertaining. I miss Morgendorffer.

Ah.
When MTV was still an "ok" station to watch.
Them be the days...

Yeah, Daria is freaking awesome. One of these days I'll have to get it on DVD.

On a sidenote though, MTV has recently gotten at least one good show. The Hard Times of RJ Berger is actually very funny. I recommend checking it out.

I'm really old....I remember when MTV didn't produce any shows at all, but played, like, music videos.

Ha ha. I loved You Can't Do That On Television. That and Roundhouse are probably the best show they ever had on that station.

My TV toggled between MTV and Nickelodeon all day, every day. Nick back then was so good. Mr. Wizard, Pinwheel, You Can't Do That On Televison, and of course, Danger Mouse!

Oh wow, now you've really brought up some memories! I remember watching all those shows as a kid. Didn't actually get to watch much MTV when it first came out though. Damn strict parents.

I have to agree, this show is funny. Sadly it is on when I raid in WoW. I should like torrent the episodes or something.
