Free Comic Book DayFollow

It's back!
Tomorrow is free comic book day.
What is FCBD? Well you go down to your favorite Comic Book store, and they should have some comics you can pick from (or one of each!) and you can waltz out the door w/ them. No cost, all for awesome fun!

Last year, most of the comics were #0s from comics that all came out over the last year.
If you are lucky like I was (and hopefully this still will), you should get to score 1 of each freebies (went to 2 stores last year, one gave one of each while the other didn't -.-).

So yea, check it out! Go visit you local comic store :D

I'd go, but I have no idea if comic shops still exist near me. I haven't seen one in years. That or I'm not looking hard enough.

The website in the OP has a zip code area finder for all stores that are joining in.

I jut got back from going to 2 with my brother. Combined freebies, there is probably 25. Both stores had a major sale going on, so we picked up a few more bringing all comics to 30 or so.

One of the stores had the artist and writer for one of the Zombie books/comics out there. Would have been nice to talk to him, but he was more about trying to make money then talk to people/fans so I gave the cold shoulder.

now to sit and waste time reading comics :D

The local comics chain, Graham Crackers is offering Free Comics Day online. You just pay shipping & handling.

Not as free as walking in and walking out but more free than paying for them.
