Ok so I have Friday off and have nothing to do thus I have decided that you will decide which Anime I will watch. Which ever has the most votes friday when I wake up will get watched. The whole series. Choices are as follows.
Anime
Shigurui:1 (11.1%)
Kurozuka :0 (0.0%)
Trapeze :0 (0.0%)
Umineko no naku koro ni :2 (22.2%)
Koihime Musou:0 (0.0%)
Seitokai no Ichizon:0 (0.0%)
Seiken no Blacksmith:0 (0.0%)
Planetes:4 (44.4%)
Kyuoran Kazoku Nikki:2 (22.2%)
Total:9

Why these particular anime you may ask, because they have been collecting dust on my external for several weeks/months (in some cases more than a year) mostly cus I can never decide what to watch and end up playing a video game instead.

Any particularly good suggestions may over ride these choices just post them but make sure to check here to make sure I haven't watched it already.

I didn't recognize most of the names on that list. Time for me to investigate.

I voted Planetes because it's one I've been meaning to check out as well, and it sounds rather awesome.

Edit: I find your lack of Princess Resurrection disturbing. Strawberry Panic, Maria-sama ga Miteru, Otome wa boku no ******************* and My-Hime are also favorites of mine your list lacks.

Strawberry Panic, Maria Sama ga Miteru are both on my other external that I forgot at my parents at christmas should be picking it up in a couple weeks. Will need to check out Princess Resurrection, Otome wa boku no ********** sometime. As for My-Hime it should be on my list under the JP spelling Mai-Hime (not sure if they changed it to My-Hime for the Engrish version or not) if it's not there well I guess I should add it when I get around to adding Hidamari Sketch.

It's there, I just missed it because of the other spelling.

Good man.

When you watch Otoboku, you should have someone come in and watch it from episode two. There was much comedy around my apartment when my roommate did that as he kept talking about how hot the main character is.

I voted for the only anime I recognized (Umineko no naku koro ni).

You could also follow Sora no Woto Smiley: laugh

Wait, you've done Mai-HiME but not Mai-Otome? Shame on you!

Also, my vote is for Full Moon Wo Sagashite.

I would vote, but since all the anime titles except for Trapeze don't have an English translation I will pass.

Consider me shamed. I just never really bothered to sit down and watch like three seasons that comprised otome. Mostly due to more important things airing at the same time. I will likely get around to it eventually but it would take a while to download and would doubtfully be ready for friday.

You are misinformed. There is 1 season of Mai Otome, and then a 4 episode OVA (Mai-Otome Zwei) that comes after and then Mai-Otome s.ifr which is a 3 episode prequel. Shouldn't take more than a night to download all of it.

Good to know but someone is offering to give me several of the things mentioned that I don't have on reading week (the Canadian version of spring break) two weeks from now including that. So imma just wait to get that and Otome wa boku no koish*teru then.

Looking at your list of stuff watched, I discovered that the voice actors for Holo and Kraft in Spice and Wolf are Kallen and Lelouch in Code Geass, respectively. I like them already!

edit: And the female voice actor also does Nina Wang in Mai-Otome. Smiley: smile

Even if Holo is apparently the correct spelling, it makes me sad Smiley: frown

I dunno in the novels it was translated to Horo when they were imported. Obviously showing the better taste of novel translators to those used by Anime and Manga licensees. Hence I will stick with fanlations till I move to Japan next year.

So apparently there is something wrong with my Planetes download so I will have to redownload it and watch it over reading week. Thus I will watch the next highest, being Kyouran Kazoku Nikki, today.
