A while back I stumbled upon a link in the OOT to an online image database of anime/manga art. IIRC you could add tags to each image, search by tag, etc. Also, there's a SFW and a NSFW version. I remember the name was fairly short, but not much else.

Sorry that isn't much info to go on, but any help would be appreciated.
