Years behind perhaps, but I recently discovered this show on netflix and have watched about a season and a half. Started off kinda -eh- but wasnt bad, then turned out to be fairly funny.

Anybody else seen it?

I've seen a few episodes. The show tries a little to much, but ends up being funny regardless.

It certainly has its moments. Whenever I watch it, I'll just about be to that, "ok, this is boring. I'm going to turn it off," moment, and then something just barely funny enough to keep me watching happens.
The rest of it just kinda comes off as to me as, "well, I know this is supposed to be funny, and I can see how someone might laugh at this if they were in a room full of people and everyone wants to laugh so they don't think the other people in the room are passing judgment on them. But I'm not going to laugh at that because I don't fake laughter when I'm by myself. That's just weird. What kind of person do you think I am?"

I used to watch when it was on TV a few years ago, and I really enjoyed them. Some jokes are a bit obvious, some of the dialogue feels a bit fake, but it has some golden moments. The Dragon's Den episode. Moss and his online video personal advert. Moss is a pretty awesome caracter all-in-all. And the big bosses of Reynholm Industries, in both seasons, are pretty extraordinary as well.

I recently saw a few re-runs with a friend who had the DVD, and it was still funny. It aged pretty well. I think it's a solid comdedy show overall.
