So, as hard as I try I can't remember this one anime. And search engines have failed me. Why? Because I can only remember vague details about it, and none of them involve a character's name.

The things I remember:

The main character was a musician and I'm pretty sure he played the harmonica.

There were two factions of these women that had, well, super powers or something. They changed form and battled. However, most people couldn't see them (but the protagonist was able to over time).

One of the protagonist's friends (/love interest) worked at a shrine her family ran, and was (unbeknown to him) an important figure in one of the factions.

His manager and various other women in his life belonged to one of these two factions.

It was fairly short. Probably less than 20 episodes.

Can anyone help me?

After about three hours of searching (instead of studying for my quiz tomorrow morning) I found the title-- Aquarian Age.

>.<

Is it any good, or just something you wanted to watch?

I had a hard time finding anything about it on TV Tropes or Wikipedia. I'm assuming this is it? Assuming so, there's not a lot about it, but it does sound like it might have potential.

I saw a few episodes YEARS ago, and just couldn't remember the name. And, yeah, that's it Pold.

From what I remember, it wasn't awful. But, like I said, this was a while back. I don't think the story line is that epic though (it's kinda all been done before). But, for mild entertainment, it might be a good choice.

[EDIT]

I just finished rewatching it, and it is NOT worth it. Move on to something else.
