I think my local Fox station just cut the season premier of House short by 2 minutes because the 10 o'clock news turned on at 9:59.
I think I missed something at the very end... I know I did...

The last scene shown was House getting on the bus and then sitting in the back. I did see Al finally taking his meds. I thought for sure there would be some twist at the end, but it cut away to local news too early

All you missed was the previews then. There was no surprise twist or anything there. He just sat on the bus while music played for a couple of minutes.

I was expecting a twist at the end too... but nope, just a good episode with a happy ending. Very much looking forward to this season though!
