Better off TedFollow

A sitcom about office work? Boy that has never been done before.

Where The Office is Seinfeld, Better off Ted is Arrested Development. All four shows make use of dead pan delivery, but where The Office does after the mundane, Better off Ted shoots for the stars. Characters and situations from The Office are extrapolations of reality, while Better off Ted are at least characters and more probably border on wholly artificial.

Ridiculous characters and ridiculous situations. If you enjoy those then you might enjoy Better off Ted. The series is up on Hulu and you can also download several of the episodes here.

I've seen the first episode, it's quite funny.

Never liked The Office myself, nor Seinfeld for that matter.

I only saw one epsidoe of Better Off Ted and liked it, although I'm especially poor at following TV shows. I'll have to catch some on Hulu or wait for the DVD release or whatever.
