Trying to find the title of an old show w/ Dexter FletcherFollow

I saw this montage video of different scenes for a show that I believe played on British TV. No idea when it aired but the production value didn't seem like anything earlier than 1990's. It was a period piece that looked like an 18th century setting in Europe. Seemed to be about drama, love, etc...

All I know is that this guy was in it and I would REALLY like to get the title for it.

I have looked through his IMDB and to be honest none of the titles are JUMPING out at me since at most I may have seen the title of this show in passing once. Also 90% of his work is incredibly British and I'm incredibly American so there is a bit of 'i don't know what im looking at here' going on when i look at the list of his works ;_;

Ohh well i was just hoping someone here may have been a big fan of his and might have known off the top of their head.
