Hey there... Just wondering if anyone caught the new Transformers movie yet, and if it was any good... I'm trying to decide on a movie to see tonight (I try to see everything), but I don't know if I should rush to this one. The sound and CGI is probably really good at least...

Friend of mine took his lady to see it today. They both seemed fairly impressed.

I wouldn't expect much in the way of plot. Just switch off your brain and enjoy the robot punching.

It should a fun movie to see on the big screen... A better question would be whether I should see it over Angels and Demons or Drag Me To Hell, I guess. =P

"Drag me to Hell" was way fun. I enjoyed it more than the original Transformers, at least.

And I don't know if you could pay me to see "Angels and Demons."

This statement just made me fall out of love with Belkira.

What? It was funny, and campy. And it makes you jump in all the right places.

Transformers was fun, and I'm really glad I saw it in the theater. I would like to see the second one in the theater, too. But DMTH was awesome. Smiley: nod

Yeah, I reallllyyy wanna see Drag Me To Hell, but my friends aren't big horror fans, so it's more of whether or not I can "Drag My Friends to a Horror Flick"... =/

Angels and Demons has been like last on my list, but I try to see as many movies as I can, so I'll watch it if I run out of movies to see. Otherwise, I'll have to catch it on Blu-Ray or something when it comes out...

I'm sorry Belkira, but I just can't be with anyone who doesn't think that Transformers is better than Drag Me To Hell. You'll have to resort to Mindel from now on for husband cheating and such.

I try to start a thread for movie advice, and I end up causing relationship issues... *~Sigh~* Typical of me... =P

I enjoyed the trailer for 2012 more than the movie, but it was decent. Definitely not as good as the first one, unfortunately.

The story boils down to they have this thing and we want it so we are going to spend the next two and half hours fighting a lot to see who gets it. As a special effects filled action movie it was passable. But I certainly won't ever sit through it again.

At least Megan Fox is showing off her tits most of the movie. They are actually more interesting than most of the fight scenes. About the only good one is right around the middle of the movie in which Optimus Prime is killed. The rest are so fast paced and jumbled that you really can't tell what's actually going on in most of them.

Seriously don't mouse over that if you don't want know what happens.

I'll have to see it then.

Even if she does look like she's made out of plastic.

They had to do it, Unicron is supposed to be in the 3rd movie.
