Nope, it existed prior to April 1st.
Cleveland even mentions it in the Family Guy episodes a month ago or so.

This has been in the works for some time. There is an episode that will air in 2010 that is supposed to have Kanye West as the guest star playing a rapper named Kenny West.
Fox picked up the show for a full 2 seasons even though S1 has yet to air. Apparently King of the Hill got canceled and "Sit down Shut up" got canceled as well so they are looking to slide this in on Sunday's. Funny thing is that now on sundays, the Simpson will be the only Non Seth MacFarlane show, (American Dad, Family Guy, The Cleveland Show)

Seriously, you won't be @#%^ing happy until SE releases a full sized Bahamut avatar you can @#%^ing ride and use to kill players that annoy you, one shot AV/PW/Shinryuu, and burn the FFXI nations to the @#%^ing ground for fun. All while actually restoring mp used instead of costing any.
