I read the manga, but ever since Dattebayo dropped the series (and are now apparently also removed from thet internet too), I haven't been able to follow the anime. Crunchyroll doesn't allow me to view Bleach nor Naruto for copyright issues either. Ah well, local channels are bound to start with the series some time.

I just can't recall it exactly anymore, it's been a while, but I thought it was said just before Ichigo started to train to get the final Getsuga, most likely by his father. I'll have to try and find those episodes, see what exactly has been said, I just have lousy long term memory I fear.

http://www.watchanimeon.com/ Great site for 0-day anime, doesnt have every series but they are quick about getting video up right away. Bleach is Tuesday/weds.

For the manga MangaStream seems to be the fastest and they always have very good quality. Ussually Weds afternoon/Thursday morning, Sometimes they have the new issues on Tuesday.

Calling that nothing happens in Bleach is like claiming omnipotence because you predict the sun will rise.

I see no problem in that. Besides I'm not 'calling' it I read the chapter last night and posted my take on it.

Does anyone know where I can read it online? I always used to use Onemanga, but then they shut down their reader. I've been watching it up to this point, but they just lapsed into another filler arc and I need moar.

And sorry if it's been posted in this thread before--I didn't want to read stuff, because of spoiler potential.

Manga Stream is the best for quick release of new chapters, in my opinion. Though if you need back chapters, Mangareader, AnimeA, or Mangafox might be better.

Orihime is still useless. Story advancement still missing. Glad to see that, even with the situation in Japan, that Bleach didn't change one bit.

Honestly there doesn't seem to be enough pages a week to go anywhere quickly. Sigh.

I thought it was quite a good parody of Bleach generally, actually. Ichigo's opponent won't explain her ability to make the training more like a real fight, even though people have done it in most real battles in bleach. And Ichigo's sense of honour is simialrly cast as ridiculous.

A Fight and it was semi almost interesting, least Ichigo doesn't seem like a complete prat.

Admittedly, I was more interested in the discussion Chad was about to have, but will concede that at least Ichigo's fight shows almost a logical progression. Overall not an awful chapter like usual.

As an aside: Chouji's been in like two fights that really matter, and I've enjoyed both of them. I'm in no way a fan of Naruto (I actually like it less than Bleach, and if my opinions on Bleach in this thread are any indication ...), but I have to admit I do enjoy that backup characters take the spot light often enough, and frankly I enjoy their fights more than the crying fest that Naruto's fights end up becoming.

****, I just want more Hinata, too.

Ok That was pretty interesting, moved a bit quicker then I was expecting.

Also I really really hope Ichigos robes always stay like that, aka the energy seeping off look.

While that does kind of look cool, I hope that they abandon the "Ichigo's Clothes are also a Power Scouter from DBZ" aspect. That got kind of goofy.

Its good to see Ichigo isn't perfect right out of the box. Not so nice to see Chad get bit by the ****** bug.

Chads not hit by the ****** bug so much as he was trying to protect Ichigo and leaped before he looked. Also for those of you who dis-liked the bankai-shinigami robe connection (The tear apart the lower his power) Looks like you will be sorely upset at his new "He enveloped his power around him" which is like the same thing.

It was so obvious that he'd be within hearing range that its insulting to the audience.

I expect Pac Man next week.
