Just wondering what some favorite canceled shows people have.

Here are a few of mine:
Touching Evil(US) - Though I suppose if this was still on, Donovan wouldn't be in Burn Notice, which I enjoy a lot.

Titus - Dealt with a lot of dark topics that aren't commonly addressed in sitcoms.

Harsh Realm - Canceled after three episodes, I though the show had promise. Perhaps I'm just remembering it being better than it actually was. I'll have to find a torrent of it when I get home.

Babylon 5 hands down. Its a real shame none of the spin offs ever took off.

Firefly would be my #2. It was hokey in a good way. I enjoyed it.

About 10 years ago, ABC had a show called Cupid created and produced by Rob Thomas, the genius behind Veronica Mars. It was only on for 13 episodes, ironically airing it's last episode on Valentine's Day. It was brilliant, possibly the only intelligent hour-long adult romantic comedy to hit the airwaves since Moonlighting. It was the last ABC show I watched for a decade, because the way they essentially destroyed the show by playing musical time-slots with it until even the dedicated fans didn't know where to find it was just ridiculous and showed how little ABC knew about how to handle a good show.

ABC is actually redoing the show, with Thomas at the helm again, starting at the end of March this year, but I have my doubts. As evidenced by the success of Lost and Desperate Housewives, ABC has at least finally gotten a clue about what to do with a good show when it comes their way, but I just don't think the character of Trevor will be right without Jeremy Piven playing him.

Farscape, although I suppose the Peacekeeper Wars miniseries did sort of wrap things up.

Angel, not all the episodes but it did have its good moments. Real shame they rushed into that ending.

I saw Christopher Titus in person in a comedy show. He was really good. I only went to three comedy shows at college, Lewis Black, Christopher Titus, and Gallagher.

Out of all three, Christopher Titus was the best. Lewis Black was funny, but it was all recycled, nothing new. I had seen many Titus specials, and watched his show, and he still managed to put a lot of new stuff, location appropriate comedy, etc.

Gallagher was... well, Gallagher. Didn't expect anything new there. Though I did get hit right in the face by a loose rubber ball that he tried to smash. That kinda hurt, and almost broke my glasses.

In college, I saw Jim Breuer, Mitch Hedberg, Steven Wright, and Zach Galifianakis at separate times on campus. I've also seen Jerry Seinfeld, but that wasn't an on-campus performance.

Except if it were baby photos, it would be like looking at before and afters of Michael Jackson. Only instead of turning into a white guy, he changes into a chick!

I didn't watch much of Titus, but what I saw I enjoyed. Arrested Development would also make my list.

To nitpick, Babylon 5 was not cancelled. But it was one of my favorites too.

I also liked Earth 2. Had promise but got dumped too soon.

Not in any particular order...

Firefly - Unfortunately, I got into this series after the show was cancelled like many other people. It kinda sucks that it was aired on a Friday nights AND not from the beginning. I'm afraid for Dollhouse.
Pushing Daisies - I don't think America was ready for the humor this show offered. The plot lines were always superb, the colors amazing, and the dialog was always witty and funny. Luckily, there are talks about finishing off the show's major plot line in a movie or comic books. I would prefer movies because there is no way ink can mimic the chemistry between all the characters like the actors and actresses can.
Moonlight - I'm a sucker for vampire shows. The pilot wasn't the greatest, and there were some weird moments, BUT I think after the pilot the show became awesome.
Dead Like Me - Another awesome show created by the same guy that created Pushing Daisies. Themes are similar as they involve dealing with death.

Why, oh why, was The 4400 canceled? That show was great, but then out of the blue I heard it was canceled. Is Jordan the savior or the one that ruins humanity?! I'm pretty sure there is an ending somewhere out there but I'm too lazy to read it.
