I'd think that for Riverwind, they'd need to cast an unknown, and it'd need to be someone of say...Powhatan decent, just to fit with the character.

Caramon would need to be a visual likeness to Raistlin, so if that were the case (which I'd love), they'd need to cast a taller actor for Raistlin.

The original 3 are the best ones for me. I could never get into the others too much.

The bit where Khisanth melts Riverwind...good stuff.

Nothing in the other books has topped the first time that we got to meet Fizban, Tasslehoff, Flint, and Raistlin, among others.

Ahhh Dragonlance...

They took 1 decent set of books and made a utterly rubbish gameing world out of it

Wrong good sir, The entire Dragonlance Saga did not spawn a campaing setting. Infact if i recall correctly each character was indeed a 2nd edition(maybe first? i don't recall) DND haracter in it's own world. It was not untill much later (after the campaing was played out) that the books were written. If memory serve Raistlin was one of only three character allowed to go past level 19 in that campaign.

I loved the series though, some of the books stunk, but most were a good read. If i was never told that Weis and Hickamn both wrote the books i could have sworn it was one author.
