Slated to be released in November. The person who posts "snippets" at Baen's Bar in the Honorverse forum says it will be another month or so yet before the sneak peeks begins. However, the cover art has been released (I think.)

Actually, it's not...those kids were less than a year old when Honor got back from Hades, but several years passed during "Ashes of Victory" and "War of Honor". Folks on the Baen boards estimate those kids are about 11 now, so even with prelong, they're not still that tiny. So either Honor's parents have pumped out another one, or it's Honors. No one has come forward claiming an April Fool's joke yet, and really the art would have taken too much effort for that sort of a prank anyway, I think, because it's quite detailed.
