Midgardsormr will always be special to me, I believe it had a certain courtesy that other server perhaps didn't experience at end-game. I feel I'm about to lose a part of me with this game with the community that is Midgard, so many old faces that are still around. And now to become twice as big... I don't know what to think of it, not to mention our name is perhaps the most badass server name out there. Midgard is and will always be home to me, unfortunately I believe I'll now feel like a vagrant nomad. This is quite depressing, for real.

I wonder if this forum section will even be saved! So many awesome threads to be necro-bumped. The Tofu drinking game, the <3 boobs and pancakes thread, the list goes on.

Just... Bummer.

^At least you won't be asked to come BRD to events anymore, since it'll need to be 99 for people. Thats a perk isn't it? ~.^

When I think back about Midgardsormr I remmeber:

the first Christmas Treant event, when it was extended two weeks so we could complete it

When I heard that the linkshell from our server took down Absolute Virtue using the "fence hack"

Christmas inflation 2005

When Sillygoose sent a bunch of signed presents

When MithraPride was an active linkshell

I'm on break from the game atm, not sure if I'll be back. I sure had some good times on Midgardsormr though, it was fun.

By the way, Juhle of KoolAid completed her Maat Cap last week, for those that know her. She was very happy to get it while still on Midgard, and with the linkshell still in its original format.

Wow, kinda depressing to come up here to see what's new after 2 years and to see Midgard will be merging to another world. Even though I no longer play, Midgard was my home for 5 years, a lot of memories =(
