Returning player, new account, looking for mentorFollow

Playing a mithra in Windurst, starting as a warrior and eventually wanting to become a summoner. Role-playing my character. Want to take up a craft or two, no real preference. Looking to find a mentor to give me guidance and help (more guidance really) so I don't end up farming sarutabaruta rarabs at level 15 or something :-P.

Generally I'm on US evenings. In previous accounts my highest level character was 37, whereupon my harddrive catastrophically failed and I lost my POL ID and game files. I've since found my old ID but oh well, $11 on Steam for all 7 expansions was cheaper than adding the last two mini expansions that I didn't have yet.

Even if you bought a new copy, I think you can still retrieve your old character as one of your content IDs, if you have the account information -- maybe if you're fond of playing as your old character, or have some gear/gil on it to transfer to your new character, etc.

If nothing else, it would make a great mule. Having one that's leveled up a little helps with mobility and getting fame for inventory expansions and such.

I $13 mule isn't a very good idea, no. And the old character is on carbuncle which I used to play on for friends who have since stopped playing. I'll admit, I joined this server because of WeSH and Lvl Up. I don't know if I'll ever get to interact with any of them but it seemed as good a reason as any.

Well, if you ever see Grandlethal kicking around, give me a shout. I am helping my GF level a few jobs outside of Windy right now, so I will be around the town. I can help with some simple missions and quests if you need.
