Hello,

Specifically, I'm looking for a shell that starts at 9PM Est or as late as 11PM Est.

I have 8 75 jobs: Thf,War,Sam,Drg,Brd,Nin,Rng,Bst.

I have done a few Dynamis runs in the past, however I need clearance from all of the cities.
