Well... what a thread.... Take care, Zarinu, I'm sorry to see you go and I hope I'm not lumped in with those who drove you to quit (you did help me out a few times, I just hope you didn't feel I was demanding it or being a jerk).

As for the linkpearl thing in DD, I think I know what you're talking about and believe it was a meant as a joke. I'm not saying I agree with how things went, but as far as I know, there was no real problem.... but I could be wrong.

I hope to see you back some time and hope you can enjoy the game again.

I'm NEVER politically correct for the sake of it, bub. Not here, not IRL, not ever. Troll these boards? Uh, no. Most amusing. I glance in on the Levi boards, and usually give ACTUAL information on the THF or BST boards, or give said information or real arguments on the main board. I am an antisocial, so there's a point in favor of your argument, but I don't sit here with a dictionary, sugarcoat my posts, or even attempt to BS. Well, not here, that's reserved for my Lit. papers. If either of us qualifies as trying to make themselves sound more intelligent through language, it's you. I'm too lazy to bother. I don't think of myself as God's gift to either my class or FF, or I wouldn't ever take advice on the class, which I do. Now, unless your PMs are vastly different then your posts, I have no reason to believe you bother making real points in your posts, nor do I based on previous experience with your posts. Finished being civil with me? You stopped that when you sent me that curse-laden PM.

Now, you choose to comment on my IRL habits? Well, I am an antisocial, but mostly it comes from sheer, uninhibited laziness. If I can avoid going out, I will. I mostly leave for classes and food. Wacking off to hentai and my toon? Uh-huh, keep telling yourself I do that if that's what you need to do to make yourself feel better. I picked a Mithra because of one reason: Stats. I wanted to be a Thief, therefore, I picked the race best at it. I run around in full pants when I'm not in a party, for God's sake. I don't consider my toon sexy. That you pulled the "OMG NERD!" card, while posting on an internet forum, about an MMORPG.. well, that doesn't say much for you. Besides, I'm still in college, I'm ALLOWED to be a geek and hermit right now. If you wanna pull that sh*t on me, call back in 4 years after I have my Master's and am in the real world.
Oh, and nice work trying to get respect solely for being a soldier. Don't get me wrong, I respect the work you guys do. But the second you use that work to try and force a civvie to respect you, you lose it. And I'm pretty sure most of the military members of the air base I grew up near would agree with me on that.

Thread should've just been a goodbye and show someone the decency of others that genuinely care where the person might want to stay but instead it just proved how much they wanted to go. Sad.

Good luck, while I've never met you, a person leaving is a person leaving, so it is still sad to see you go, maybe one day you can return and things will have worked out but if not, I wish you the best in your life and your future doings.
