Old player coming back to FFXIFollow

Its been nearly too many years to count since iv played FFXI,
But my point is, im looking to get back into the swing of things and am looking for a LS that will help me and be friendly.

If anyone can throw a old player a bone and help me out let me know, i will be logging on shortly after my game downloads. (40 mins)
