Ok, in all seriousness, having a player warning thread is a BAD idea. It will end up with a lot of flaming, name calling, wild accusations, and hurt. No one likes being called something or being accused of something, that's why all threads bashing another player degrades down to flaming and name calling.
And what constitutes a bad player? For example, I'm in a party on RDM as the main healer. I'm not doing a good job because of unavoidable distractions at home, but the rest of the party doesn't know that, so the leader boots me from the party and invites someone else. I get mad and come here to post that the leader is a bad player. Or the party leader posts that I'm a bad player. Not quite fair, is it?
While some player do need to have warnings placed on them, I think they should have their own thread instead of having one gigantic thread. The cross player discussion that happened in Valdan's thread was hard enough to follow and look where that ended up. This thread would follow the same path, too. People are people and it's unavoidable.
