New Dynamis LS looking for membersFollow

#1 Jul 03 2009 at 7:48 PM Rating: Decent
New Dynamis LS with experienced leaders looking for members. Our runs will be Monday/Friday at 8PM EST. The runs are free! We will be starting Monday July 6th. The rules are written below, for more info or to join visit: http://diulahxing.com/dynamis/

You may also contact me, Genoxd, in game for questions or a perl.

General Expectations for all DiuDynamis members:

* DiuDynamis will be your only Dynamis Linkshell.
* You will not selectively attend events.
* You will treat other members with respect.
* You will bring all required items to a run.
* You will not lot out of turn.
* You will have fun!

The Bidding System:
DiuDynamis operates on a tiered bidding system that is designed to reward dedication and commitment to the shell's Dynamis activities.

Lot Selection:

* You are allowed to declare 1 Mainlot and 1 sublot. A Mainlot must be 75 while sublots have to be atleast the level indicated for the tier.
* Lot Changes and Lot Additions are both processed for the first event of every month. You must submit your request for a lot change prior to the start of the first event of the month you wish to have your change become active.
* Members must maintain the same mainlot for a minimum of 4 months. Members must also maintain their mainlot for one month after obtaining any of their existing mainlot's armor.
* A mainlot change costs 10 points. In addfition your remaining points will be reduced to a maximum of 10 following the change.
* Mainlot changes are subject to approval from SH and may be rejected based on issues such as, but not limited to, member inactivity or lot congestion.

Points:

* You are awarded 1 point per run attended.
* You are awarded 1 point per run that you were asked to sit out for but otherwise qualified to enter (i.e. had all required flags for the zone and were at markings on time).
* To qualify as having attended a run you must attend at least half of the hourglass timer.
* No points are awarded or deducted if not attending and offline during the run.
* You will be deducted 1 point for not attending a run or leaving early while online for another ingame activity
* If you have to log/DC for an offline activity you will receive either 1 pt or 0 pts based on which of the previous guidelines best applies to you.

Bidding Guidelines:

* The tiers for lotting are Mainlot > Sublot70 > Open Lot > Free Lot. Within all the point tiers bidding priority is posted bids > non posted bids with points > non posted bids which would result in a negative point total.
* You must post your bid on the event sign-up thread prior to the start of the scheduled event. Post your bids as a numerical value and indicate clearly what tier you are bidding for.
* Proxy bids may be placed for members who are unable to access the Internet to post on the forums.
* You bid with points you have prior to the run. In addition the sum of your bidded points should not exceed your current point total.
* Bids are sequential. When bidding is closed, the winner will receive the first drop of that type. Additional drops will be dealt with in sequential order of bids. Points are only deducted when a member receives an item.
* Ties are allowed and will be handled by lotting between the members involved with the tied bid via FFXI's random number generation lot system.
* You can match any higher bids placed for your tier on an item with a /tell to a Sackholder at the beginning of an event. You are only be allowed to match bids if you have already posted a bid for said item at least once in the current bidding thread
* If a zone is changed due to any reason, the bidding forums will be reset to allow for new bids to be placed. The bidding forums will be held open long enough to allow on time members to place bids for the new event.

Minimum points for bids are as follows:

* Mainlot relic and relic-1: lv71 = 2; lv72 = 2; lv73 = 2; lv74 = 4; lv75 = 5; Belt/Cape = 5
* Sublot/Openlot relic and relic-1: lv71 = 1; lv72 = 1; lv73 = 1; lv74 = 3; lv75 = 3; Belt/Cape = 3
* Hydra gear: 5
* Shadow Mantle and Ring: 15.

* All other items, goblin grease, wootz ore, etc, will remain auto-lot.

Probation:
While on Probation members may not lot any bidded items regardless of tier. They may still lot freelot items or spend points to secure an item if it was otherwise going to freelot.

* New mebers are on Probation for their first four runs.
* Members who fail to attend any run over a 30 day period are put on a 4 run probation. These 4 runs must be completed without another 30day lapse between runs or the number of runs will be reset back to 4.
* Members who are inactive for extended periods, ie, several months, will be dealt on a case basis.

Additional Guidelines

Item/SJ Requirements

* All members are required to bring RR items and Poison Potions to runs. If you cast spells you are also required to bring Echo drops.
* For Xarcabard, Buburimu, Qufim, Valkrum and Tavnazia all melee are required to bring Opo-Opo Necklace and Sleep pots if they do not have access to Meditate. In addition all melee are required to bring an Icarus Wing for these runs.
* For Valkurm and Qufim RDM are required to sub DRK. For Xarcabard they may attend on another subjob and switch to DRK prior to Dynamis Lord if needed.

Relic Weapons and Sponsorship
DiuDynamis does not currently allow any member-sponsored runs for the express purpose of farming currency. The Sacholders Will Collect all currency during runs which will be used to upgrade weapons and armor within the shell free of cost to our Dedicated members.

Guests
People may be allowed to enter city runs for the purpose of obtaining a flag as long as a current DiuDynamis member will vouch for them or if they have an application filed. Guests will generally not be allowed to enter for Xarcabard or CoP flags. Guests will genrally be given and hourglass prior to the MB pull and are expected to drop the hourglass once they have obtained the flag. To avoid conflict we recommend guests fill their inventory so they do not get any autolotted items.
