Apparently o_O

I got a PM from Darqflame telling me to check my email, and I found this:

Quote:
10th Anniversary Daily Prize Winner‏
From: darqflame@gmail.com on behalf of Lori "Darqflame" McCauley (darqflame@allakhazam.com)
Sent: Tue 3/10/09 11:17 AM
To: lord_klez_t3h_virus_smuggler@hotmail.com; contests@allakhazam.com

Admit it. You thought you could never win. Well you were wrong!

Congratulations Fynlar, your name has been drawn for a daily prize. You may choose from one of the following options:

World of Warcraft 60 Day Game Card
Two SOE 30 Day Game Cards
a Warhammer Online 60 Day Game Card
a Final Fantasy XI Vana'Diel Clock
Thank you for your contributions to our community. Important! In order to claim your prize, you must reply-all to this e-mail by 5:00 pm Eastern Time U.S. on March 13th with a valid name and address located within the United States where we can mail the prize. By responding with this information you are verifying that you are over 18 years of age, a resident of the United States of America and are eligible to receive the prize. We will order your prize for you to be shipped from a major US retailer within a few days of receiving your information.

Remember you can still win more. This does not disqualify you from future drawings, so feel free to continue to add to our community and we may well be e-mailing you again for a future prize.

Please "reply all" when furnishing your personal information.

It's not asking me for my password or anything like that so it seems legit. Going to perform a few checks first anyways, because it doesn't seem physically possible that I could ever win anything XD

Totally getting the clock, btw.

I have no interest in any of the other prizes, so if I am to get picked again and the prizes are still the same, what I'll do is... get another clock.

Nah, I will be generous ;)

Why would he need a WoW trial when he's already secretly a paying customer? :P

I'm more jealous you got an e-mail from Darqflame than you winning a prize. Smiley: tongue

Congrats Fyn!

Shame you can't choose grammer as one of the prizes.

But to be honest, who needs grammer when you can know what time it is!?

It's a Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing reference. Scroll down to the Reception section to see what I mean.

It's a game that's so hilariously bad that it's actually developed a cult following of sorts.

By the way, it's spelled grammar. >_>

I have one of those clocks, and it rules. Shows real time, vana time, moon phase (and counts down days to next moon phase), elemental day, and has 4 timers you can set (super handy for timing placeholder pops). I especially like being able to look quick to see what elemental day is for my gardening/crafting without having to log in to game or check a site.

It's a bit cheaply made, and doesn't keep the most accurate time. Have to adjust it every couple weeks. Other than that, it's nice to have.

Just to emphasize that the game has more than just bad grammar (and for extra lulz), check out Alex Navarro's video review of the game on Gamespot (could probably find it on Youtube as well if the Gamespot video interface doesn't work well for you, because it doesn't for me on this crappy work computer, but I can't view Youtube from work)

He doesn't speak a single word during the review. No words are necessary.

Many ways of doing this... He can Email the picture to himself if he has web service, if he has an SDcard that comes with his phone most laptops are able to support some type of SD card that he could navigate his way into, or lastly he can send me the clock and let me take pictures.

No idea. I don't really know anything about this phone, I just kinda "have" it because of this family plan that my mom got years back

Can you send pictures to an e-mail address? If you can, you can set up your Flickr to accept pictures from cell phones. That's what I do.
