I can't be the only one that doesn't hang out in Whitegate while in game. If I didn't hang out in these forums, I wouldn't have known Valdan is a ******* of massive proportions. I only knew of him from my one run-in with him making me thinking he's just a stuck up and lazy person.

Valdan invited my BRD to EXP a couple of times when I was LFP already getting invites from every other party on the server.

I proceeded to ignore him and waited a few minutes for the next invite took up the next invite in my queue.

I was too busy being lazy/bored waiting around for an invite reeling from the massive quantities of invites I was getting at the same time.

That's a fun job.

It's okay, Fyn; I'm playing RDM right now. Anything you can do, I can do worse. /grin

So another story about this Valdan guy. There was a shout in Whitegate about a year ago about a KSNM 99 and you had to pay 20K to get in but you could lot on whatever you wanted. So we all get there, (i dont remember who but i know reddwarf, Axewipe, Tecan, and myself the others i forget.) So we get there and we do the KSNM (it was the king behemoth) WE WIN!!!!! YAYz and we all lotted and had a grand old time. Found out after we won that another person had an orb and was willing to let us lot on whatever we wanted without the entrance fee. So we do it again and WE WIN!!!! However after we win, i see Valdan drop party and run towards the chest, he then mysteriously DCs and then comes back a couple minutes later. Guy is a jackass, will never learn his lesson. No one who reads this should EVER treat him with respect that he does not deserve.

Because not everyone knows.

Like Sus, I don't hang out in Whitegate either, and even when I am there, I have /shout filtered, unless I'm specifically listening for something (which is not often). If I wasn't a regular here, and had seen the topic, I never would have known either. Even after this topic is started, then you hear stories pop up of this guys ******* going back for over a year. Though I don't recall ever even seeing him prior to this, I could have easily been one of the many poor suckers helping him on his way and never known it.

Thank goodness I don't do anything pick-up, except get a little xp now and then. Even then, I try to get LS/friends involved first.

That'll only last until he ninja lots a Ridill. Of course, a guy like that is almost definitely the type who'd bot HNMs, so perhaps even after a stunt like that someone would find him useful to keep around. :/
