Returning Player to Lakshmi (trying to anyway)Follow

Hey, i recently quit playing FFXI for a couple of months and deleted both of my Lakshmi characters :( Now i have decided to start playing again but have had no luck in creating characters and getting them to land on Lakshmi. Can someone please help me out and e-mail me a World Pass to Lakshmi, i'd be happy to repay you the gil spent on the World Pass when i get started.
