Low Lvl StaticFollow

I am thinking about creating a low lvl (10-12) static party. I was thinking about meeting anytime in between 5-10 Eastern Time a couple of times a week. All I ask is if the group picks a time to meet, make it in that time or send a message saying you can't make it. My goal is to form a well rounded party, with experienced members, and avoid loosing hours looking for a party.

If you are higher than 12, we can pick you up once we get that high.
