Seeing as the game is at an end and the sequel comes out soon...
Does anyone have any major regrets from this game? Things you wish you had done but never got to accomplish and never will?
I have a few.
1) I never leveled up a mithra.
2) I never sold a FF character when that kinda thing was big- WE COULDA BEEN RICH!
3) I failed half my classes my first year of school because I was busy playing this game.
4) I never had more then 1 million gil at one time. =-(
5) I always went delinquent on payments with Square Enix instead of properly announcing my departure and have earned a reputation as prone to disappear at any given month.
6) I never learned Japanese properly ("i was sent from the future to protect you get down!" and "japan penis too weak" was the pinnacle of my linguistic skill and i know i didn't say it right because they just said WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW)

I come across as a jerk on forums. I'm truly sorry. I usually don't mean to offend.
Hmmm, i have a couple, but nothing major.
Just things like i wish i completed ZM16 and finished that expansion. I basicly stopped after i got my Suppa and never bothered with the final mission anymore.
I might have liked to level a craft back in the days when it was still worthwhile, opposed to starting out now where the only profit on the road to 100 is in HQ2's.
Another is how, if i would have stuck with my original linkshell when they reformed after our leader quit the game, instead of deciding to go see what else is out there, i probably would have had a Relic weapon or two by now as well. Seeing as most of the people from that linkshell now have atleast 1 relic weapon.
Other than those two, i cant think of anything. I leveled the jobs that seemed like fun, explored the places i wanted to explore, got the gear i wanted to get (outside of Osode) and i even met my wonderful Wife ingame. If the game would come to an end anytime soon, i'd have done pretty much everything i wanted to do.

Back during major inflation. Bought an Ebow for 12mil after selling a bunch of stuff.
Sold ebow back for 30mil two months later.
Bought SH and Okotes for 20mil/10mil
Bannings happened. And 3 weeks later....
SH was 800k~ and Okotes were 500k~
If only I had saved that 30mil for a few more weeks...

My account was at some point worth several hundred million is now worth something to the tune of 60ish.
Then all the time spent making the money coulda been out living in the Real World. Looking back it just seems like such a waist of time now. I find myself trying to log onto my account but only ever lasting 10-20 min before I get bored and go do something else.

Like most, I wish I'd skilled a craft. I wish I'd actually gotten into some endgame stuff.
I really wish I hadn't told that one french kid to send me a /tell whenever he needed help, because that got really old really fast.
