GL man. They allow one rollback, so take it. Also, I would highly recommend buying the security token - even though it can be hacked, its MUCH harder to do so. It also adds an entire new safe (mog satchel) that you can access anywhere - its awesomeness all around for $10.

Well I'm seeing stuff from my Alt. Mazipan selling on Siren. Looks like they've transfered her.

They started the hacking on friday, and their offices wont open until today as it was a holiday. RMT do that because they know its an extended holiday and they know SE wont be in their offices to freeze the account / do anything about it.

They got me on Friday right before the weekend, I'm on hold on Chat right now.

Yup was definately hacked, logged on to my main, Dadi, after having customer support change my password. The hacker was running KSNMs with my character, all gil gone, all items that were not Rare/EX were gone, Name had been changed to Dasha, and all characters on the account were stripped and transfered to Siren server.
On hold with customer service now, going to have them start "Account Recovery". I don't understand why SE won't do something about verification before allowing name changes and server transfers, they just charge your credit card, and that is garbage.

I was hacked. They transferred my character from Ragnarok to Kujata. WHen I called Se and got him back, I woke up in Rancor's Den, apparently they used me to camp the Fudo Tonberry NM. They possibly also used me to kill the NM for tiphia sting and to mine for darksteel ore.

Strangely enough, they left me with 127k (but selling all my items and throwing away my dam RABBIT BELT WHICH I WAITED 2 years to get!). But apparently I got him back and they never collected 100k out of my DB for the 2nd and final Fudo Selling.

In summation, if you saw me doing anything and I was rude/etc.. that wasnt me.. I only wrong the right people! Good luck getting your stuff back.

In the Char rollback they want you take a picture of your Drivers Liscense and send it to them along with this signed form. Im not sending my license picture to them...no thanks.. so I guess ill be on kujata for a bit!
