yeah well everyone I talk to that know's evanescente all agree, he's an a$$ and we all wished we would've never met him. I can't believe Nova keeps him in their LS especially after all the bad rap he's got. I thought Nova was better then that. I mean to just start cussin people out for reason's such as, he died or someone's messin with his "girl" or whatever it's bull.

I'm not saying Valine is a bad person...I'm sure they mean well but that's not how things end up.

I pted with this person along with one other from my ls (you can look up my name, he doesn't have to be mentioned if he does not desire it though).
The story begins in Bastok...a group of 14-16s going into Korroloka, all of them rank 5ish but myself and my ls mate (we're doing 2.3) so we assumed they knew what they were doing. A RNG named Valine enters the pt among others...I'm the RDM/WHM, my friend is the WAR, we have another sub WHM and a WHM/something so plenty of healers right?
We go into Korr, the WAR has just gotten into Bastok and we decide to kill things while we wait. Valine gets killed and gets raised, the pts lead gets killed, hps to Jeuno (even though we had a raise) and disbands the pt in the middle of a battle several minutes later...I being the RDM (but my hp being decent enough at the moment) and the only one alive and not running (the worm was almost dead) at the time of the disband, get it...and all the hate...while the pt runs off and hps.

None of this is Valine's fault, in fact Valine is about to be nice...the lead was very bad in their timing and due to the timing of the disband, I didn't get disengage (because I was hitting it and casting on it) to run.

I go back, Valine has found a WHM and me and the WAR pt...I die a couple times (one entirely my own fault...a huge link and I started it, the other not my fault) and the second times the WAR dies with me...Valine offers to change jobs and raise us since the WAR was HPed halfway across the world...
but then spends
20 mins "getting her level back" because she also died and deleveled earlier
20 minutes going back to Bastok (we were barely in the tunnel...what took so long!?)
another 20 mins walking back and yelling about how she didn't have enough mana to raise -- she had subbed WHM to some 50 level melee job...why does one do that!?
...and the WAR's time ran out and he hped...and I got my raise in the nick of time not that it mattered because I finished with huge negative xp for the day and my hp was in Bastok anyway...I was just staying dead to make my friend feel better about it.

Of course I was left on my own to find my way out and get back my xp afterwards...and my friend was still halfway across the world because of the huge delay on a raise.

The WAR and I both never want to pt with this one again, I'm sure Valine is a genuinely nice person...I just don't want to pt with them again. No blisting...just caution.

Wait wait I tried that and all it did was sit on my blacklist. How do I see whose blacklist I'm on? I'm all curious and such XD

Hmmmmmmm I pretty much blisted all the gil farmers (fougirl, loveyou, the WANGS, Alphass) and mining points stealers I see. As far as actual players I have only blisted XTEK and ZUES for reasons I do not wish to discuss at this time, having to do with a NM and its drops.......

I think Sinnamin and Evanescente are good for each other, both like to give crap to people about how horrible each other is, but then before ya know it they're "back in love" lol they're both a couple of drama queens if ya ask me

He did a terrible job and then when we replaced him I tried to explain nicely that EVERYONE in the party was going to quit unless I replaced you, you should go to allakhazam.com for some good info, etc. He then blamed it all on me saying I was the worst WHM he has ever seen and that he was going to add me to his blacklist O.O I was glad since it saved me the trouble of adding him. I mean c'mon, I am not perfect, but I have never before that day been called a "terrible" WHM, and never since. :(

O'well, he was very thick-headed and kinda a jerk... just beware. (Oh yeah and with our replacement and the same other 5 people we were able to get 2-3 chains higher b/w every rest.)

Regarding this aid person, just politely ask him to stop spamming you with invites, then threaten a GM, then do a GM call. This is harrassment. Plain and simple.
You have to ask him to stop though, that way when the GM reviews the logs they can tell that the player is just being an ass.
I dont personally know if this works, but I have called a GM on similar player (in garlaige, there's a post about a few days ago) and the GM said they'd look into it. So at least I didn't get a flat out no from them, which others have apparently gotten about frivolous GM calls or something GMs can't do anything about (they are bound in what they can do by the ToS)

Turhan's in my LS. Albeit he seems to be tired of beingthe refresh whore of the party, he's always willing to help out with raids etc, no MATTER if he is in the middle of something or not, I don't know you, but I do know Turhan and know him to be very helpful to us. This entire thread is more of an area to slander players that you may not like due to them having different opinions, to anyone who has posted a name here, deal with the issue on your own.

People inherently cannot get along with certain types of people, what I don't understand is this, why would you continue to whine and complain about a person AFTER they're on your blacklist? I have had several run ins with bad players, #1 I take it to tells and offer some advice #2 If they continue on with the bad play, I politely excuse myself from the party using some excuse.

After reading and posting on these boards, I wonder how much people TRULY hate me, not knowing what I'm like in game and just reading my sarcastic/over-opinionated posts.

I'd just like to ask people not to kill the leechs in the entrance part of onzozo if you see a bst leveling in there. I couldn't xp there yesterday because of this issue.

I don't care about ppl killing the other mobs (competition for prey is fair game, skillups or farming cockatrices... whatever) but if I'm fighting a cockatrice and run back for a new pet and find all the leech dead and a lvl 62 whatever engaged with the last one... I have to train the goddamn cockatrice to zone and it wastes everyone's time.

Anyway the leechs are the only charmable pet for lvl 48-50 bst's in there so could you slaughter other stuff while bored, or farming, or whatever?

I do have a list of all the guys I saw doing this, but it seems peevish to make a big deal out of it. I thought it might help to post about it generally here though, where people go to read about douchebaggey behaviour.

This isn't one of those situations where an xp party and a bst are competing over prey, I wasn't fighting toramas or anything...

If a person uses near perfect capitalization and puncutation but is a complete ass ..... hmm..... yeah, I got a few on my list. Most of the ones on it are those types of people, but some of them don't have the grammar skills. More then half of the absolute worst people on my list type meticulously though... takes about a god damn hour of playing with them before you realize they are being a complete ass and its not just the attempted correctness. You would think someone with the intelligence to type like that would have the temperance to stfu and be nice. I won't post names... perhaps they had a bad day. But that's the most common /blist event I have. And I blist people that break their word more then once to me. That's it.

And to be honest... the majority of my list is people that broke their oaths more then once =P. Shame on you, shame on me, oh well.

I don't really understand what that was supposed to mean, but:

1. In FF Tactics, which was (IMHO) the first FF game in which the job system really shined, Dancer was one of the best support classes in the game, and setting "Dance" as a support ability was almost like cheating (you could practically powerlevel any female-playable job).

2. In real life, dancers have to have excellent strength, movement, and balance. Dancers who are also martial artists tend to kick serious butt, as the two have much in common. Not sure I'd go around slagging them off as a whole.

Taelis is horrible. He's the only high lvl on Kujata I flat out refuse to party with. He has a demanding elitest attitude and hes a total jerk. My only time pting with him we got so disgusted, the whm teleported everyone out of Bibiki Bay and left him there. I hope he died on the way back to Jueno.

Gakuy, Pilot, and Prisongood. Lately I've been mining in Yughott Grotto, and these guys steal my mining points after i've taken a few swings at them. I've asked them to stop and I've slapped them. However they dont get the point.

All 3 of those people I mentioned are lvl33+ rank 1's. Make of it as you wish.

Prisongood drove me to filter checks out for the duration of my stay in bastok last weekend and go anon...because for about four straight hours near the zone to mines he kept checking me every three minutes...either he's a gilseller trying to shake suspicion by acting like a real player (the checking) or he's got serious memory problems and just can't remember what type of beetle armor the rdm 21 was wearing...either way, if he ever does it again, I'm blisting him just so I don't have to view

I tried to Blacklist myself. But it didn't work ;_;

now prisongood is 54 and rank 1. i mine in gusgen a lot and he is there, stealing mine points as usual.

i only b-list people who steal mine points. in gusgen, prisongood and peeoeo are infamous for that. gusgen sucks so bad now that every time i get a teleport-dem, the person teleporting me sees my mining gear and says "chinese gil-seller?"
i always reply "nope, broke-ass american"

i have been mining ifrits lately, and people seem to be much more respectful of other people. i have not had a mine point stolen yet. of course, i do die a lot in there.

Ok after reading this whole thread I was seriously thinking about putting the only two ppl I have up on here but I won't when I log in later today I am going to take them off and give them a second chance and yeah one of them I really don't want to cuz you basically called me a leech and complained on how I was lvling my drk in the dunes of all places, latter talked to my ls and found out that the guy was an elitist and in the dunes its just wrong cuz almost everyone has been there and yes most of us hate it, or at least I hate it with a passion. But I was impressed with the guy later on when I could add him to my blist he was a 75blm rank 10 so in a way he knew what he was talkin about but he didn't have to be a dick about it. But thats getting off the subject, after reading what you guys have said I have to agree with one thing mostly and that is blisting gil sellers. (Burn) Gil Sellers (Burn)

P.S. Isildur(spelling) help my pt out in the jungle for a lil bit as a plvler but it was only an hour or so other then that I have no problems with the guy cuz I pted with him and one of his ls members in qufim before we went to the jungles.

I've partied with Willofsteel before. It was a very successful party and he was very polite. Sometimes people just have a bad day.

No one has made it to my b-list yet but i do agree that Prisongood and Pilot are both pretty rude. I always enjoy logging because most of the community helps each other out by trading logs that others need, and I've made some great friends through this. Sad to see gil-sellers ruin the experience for everyone.
