I do the same, however these people generally come off my list a couple of days later, as maybe they're just having a bad day. I remember their name most of the time and am wary later, but not an all-out Blist.



More than likely he is being plvl'd by a gil seller to be another gil seller. The people I mentioned above seem to do the same, now that they are 50 (and still rank1 and have been for well over a month, its like they don't know about genkai) all they do is sit in the korroloka tunnel. The wang's beat on Gigas (I'm guessing for TP) while the others wait for the Morion worm. This is all they do, is camp the morion worm. They don't respond to /tell or anything.
I'm assuming this kharn person is doing the same thing, getting a PL to where he can effectively camp a particular NM non-stop for gil to sell.

Well for 1 Fourgirl is chineese so is wangchangxi... or the other one.. not sure which.

Even if I had, I'm nots ure I'd post about them in this thread. If someone was rude, arrogant, or just plain mean, maybe they were having a bad day, maybe they're just a prick. Who knows, but I think that, unless it's something very outlandish, that a person shouldn't be condemned just for a brief runin with me.

Xianghua isn't a powerleveler, at least not for gil farmers.
I've partied with her a few times in various zones at various levels, she was a competent player. I believe she's even been mentioned by others in the 'Cool Kujatans' thread.
Granted she may have powerleveled people at times, as have I (its the best way I know of to get my healing magic capped) for LS mates and friends getting a new job to 14 (and ready for Korroloka).

I used to be in TaruTerror LS with her. She was powerleveling Kharn in the Korroloka and I asked him very politely to stop stealing mobs from us. He responded with his macros, and then he died after stealing a second worm at the same time.

I left the linkshell because she told me to "keep it out of the linkshell" when I tried to talk about it.

Everyone is allowed their own opinion; I put mine in the appropriate thread. I'm not interested in making new enemies; I was sad when I lost Xianghua as a friend to somebody who she said "helped her get all of her AF and rank." Maybe that's enough of a reason for her to betray a LS mate; it's not for me.

Which is why I didn't name her at first.

lol... before you get all defensive you should get your own facts straight. I never called you a "career powerleveler", you used that term yourself. I never said you were powerleveling Kharn in Giddeus, you did. I said I saw him first in Giddeus.

I used to admire you. I never wanted to defame you, you brought yourself into this.

If I can't talk about someone as incredibly rude as Kharn was in my only LS that I had been in for months, what else can I do?

Stop passing blame and protecting people that don't deserve it.

No, I didn't. In my first post I called Kharn a "career powerlevelee" which is different from calling Xianghua a "career powerleveler". In my next post, I did name Xianghua as a powerleveler, but only AFTER she came in.



I cannot summon people, only avatars. In my first post I said his "loyal powerleveler" kept him alive; I did not say "Xianghua kept him alive."



That's your opinion; this thread is now the appropriate place for me to bring up a problem with a specific person, as have many other people. Why single me out?



Yes, I can set up .sigs. I do have a .sig. I don't care to put my character in my .sig. Is that ok with you?

1) I'm not anonymous. ANYONE can CLICK A LINK to get my name. If you're too computer illiterate to know how links work, fine, here's my name: ethereal. Good @#%^ing grief! One click and you could have figured it out yourself!

2) I started NOTHING with Xianghua. As I said before, I used to admire her. I didn't name her until she jumped in. My only "beef" was with that jerk Kharn that she defends nonstop.

3) Are you people really so fascist that you're turning a single comment on a bad experience I had into a damn popularity contest? For God's sakes, people, I complained about one person and you all jumped on my ass. Other people in this thread complained; why not jump on their asses?

4) Forget you all. I'm not playing your popularity games. I haven't done anything wrong, I've hidden nothing, and you contort and misread everything I say. Forget it, it's not worth the effort. I'll PAY you to blist me at this point!

Okay, I'm not on anyones side and I've never come across any of these people in Kujata, but I would like to point out a few things. I hate people getting flamed for something that is false.

As for him not putting his name in his sig, I don't understand the problem, MANY people don't do that, I count 7 people in this thread alone. Check out the first 2 posts, they didn't put their name and they didn't get attacked, this is really unfair. The only way this would be a problem is if you don't know that you can click their screen name and see their character name. If that is the case, than it is not his problem, it's yours for not knowing how to do this.

Second, he did not call Xianghua a career powerleveler in any of his post, so this is a non issue and he should not have been flamed on this. If you don't believe, use the "Find" feature in Internet Explorer for "career" and see where it shows up and read the sentances. For those of you that don't know how to do that it. Edit -> Find. Or Ctrl + F

And third he did not mention Xianghua's name until she posted. So don't say that he brought her into it, this is also a non-issue since it's false. Also, here if you don't belive me, you can use the same "find" feature for "Xianghua", and you will see that it doesn't show up until her first post.

If Xianghua didn't want to be brought into it she didn't have to reply (remember the original post was never about her) and it would have been the end of the issue, with no more posts on the subject. Check some of the other posts in this thread, they got no replies or defending and it was the end of the issue.

Although I've been able to prove these points, some people have a problem admitting they are wrong and you will probably see few or most likely no apologies for the false accusations.

With that said, it anyone can disprove any of these points. Like where Xianghua was called a career powerleveler or Xianghua was named before her first post please let me know and back it up.

Now that these issues have been cleared up, please let the flames continue. They make for good reading at lunch and after work :)

Excellent post Xianghua. Rate up from me. You make a great point that you did only ask if he had the right person, then it took off from there. And I am very happy to see that people aren't "too good" to apologize.
But you still said that your where defending you actions because he mentioned you, but he did not mention your name in his first post, and without your reply no one would know who you are.
Overall I believe we have an excellent group of people on our server (with some exceptions of course) and we should be proud of it.

Nice guy but manic depressive i swear. Say one thing wrong, he flys off thinkings he offended you then doesnt let you rest talking about it. In 1 day I saw him enter my LS, quit on his on accord for no reason, join another and leave it, then start his own. I just think he needs help to be a stable good player but now hes an unstable but decent player.

Setro. Hes age 13 and gets the award for impatience. We tried to take him into our LS to teach him. He baggered us for power leveling and when my fiance tried to help teach him he left her out on her own. Come on. He has been powerleveled to 30 recently. Was seen knocked out EVERYTIME by LS mate in khazam. Now has bard but i wouldnt party with this guy. I wont even go into how many times he made new characters in the linkshell before we went have to his orginal. /sigh

Ugh trains. However, once you get use to a zone, you can generally find a safe place to party ignoring all those trains to zones things. Its nice when your in a zone and you see "YYY to zone" and your own party is like whatever because your not even near it.

The down side is I've met people who purposely created large ass trains to zones. Ugh. I mean don't they have anything better to do then zone things that they obviously can kill solo? Those kinds of people I blist just for their stupidity. Then again, a PT member yesterday zoned a fallen mage >.< . That killed garliage citadel for the night >.<

I could add a name here, but instead I will just add a con game, in the hopes that fellow crafters are not taken in.

I was standing by the AH in Windy woods waiting for my perma party to change jobs and get their gear in order for a day of leveling and killing the leeches for the ninja quest. A PC was spamming shouts for about 3 minutes "Can someone make me a Robe+1 if I buy the materials." Finally, I sent him a tell, and said I would try, but there were no guarantees because it's an HQ synth.

It didn't HQ, and we were ready to leave, so I thought I would be nice to a new player and bought him one before we left. He put it on, and said "Look at what an awesome black mage I am!" and sent me a friend registration. Not once did I receive a "Thanks".
As I was out leveling, I kept receiving tells "Can you make me ash clogs +1?" "Can you make me an ash staff+1?" I explained that he would need a high level woodworker for that. The next tell was "Look where I am! I'm so awesome!" I looked and they were in San Doria.

That night, a member of my linkshell noticed this player had a bazaar up, and since they were shopping for some stuff, they checked it. In the bazaar were a number of pieces of +1 melee equipment.

The next day I logged on, and immediately was sent a tell "Can you make me slops+1?". I explained that I was on my way to go farming, and they said "I will meet you at the clothcrafters guild." Stupidly, instead of farming, I went - amazingly, they were too poor to have bought any materials. Foolishly, I thought "Well, I'm here, I might as well..." so I went and bought the materials necessary and ended up HQing slops. He put them on, and then said "Can you make cuffs +1?" Again, no "Thank You." I ended up HQing cuffs, and they said "Wow, I'm really awesome." and ran off.

That night, another member of my linkshell happened to see them with a bazaar sign up; in their bazaar was everything I had made.
Rather than being a level 5 BLM, now they were a level 7 RDM.

It has become a joke among my linkshell now - we watch him change jobs to some other low level job and beg for people to make him +1 low level equipment, then change to another job and sell all the stuff someone just made him.

Yes, I was a fool to have made him the stuff, trust me, I kick myself once a day for being taken in by it. Hopefully, this will help other people keep from being taken in by it as well.

Definately Pbxlee... He went on the 55 cap with me, no Telepeor-Vazhl crystal, rank2 so he couldnt get an airship out, and didnt know the way through Raugemont(sp?) pass... halfway through he demands to be warped out, costing me my sneak and invis and holding up the alliance in the middle of Xarcabard... plus that incident with Agarsil, which I was witness to...

This is my first time posting to this thread. I haven't blacklisted anyone. Though I've run into a few people that were unpleasant, I don't let that ruin my gaming experience.

Now, about Chaossr. He's one of the coolest people that i've ever met. He's not only a good player but he's just a flat out good person. It struck me as odd that he would do something like that to you. But he's never been rude or disrespectful and I've known him for a while.

but there was one guy that I partied with in Qufim that upon leaving the group began fighting a Wight. So the rest of the party and I go to help him out and he WARPS back to town leaving us to fight the Wight. That was really messed up being that he pulled the wight in the first place. HOWEVER, i partied with him again later on in khazam and he was actually o.k. so I guess you shouldn't let a first encounter sour you. but i guess that depends on what they do.

but yeah.... Chaossr is ok!

Only person that's been on my Blist and will stay on there permanently is Alsax. That guy doesn't know how to hold his temper. He also says naughty words o.O
