Yup had to take a break in december, went to log in today and boom, incorrect password.
Contacted SE, changed password, and now im on a diffrent server with most of my gear gone....
SE says the only way back to ifrit is to wait 90 days and pay to come back.
Well talking to a GM now to see if they can rollback my account to get some of my gear.
To any of my friends plz keep in touch I miss ya'll :3

Heya syfur, I was hacked mid-january and immediately notified SE but my account (like yours) was moved servers and stripped of pretty much everything. I made a mistake and waited more than a week after my password was reset to ask for a rollback and all the phone support techs kept denying my request for restoration. I was about to give up when i remembered hearing somewhere that live chat people are much more reasonable, so i gave that a try and it worked (despite it taking 4 hours for them to actually get to me >_<). If your requests for rollback keep getting denied I strongly suggest you keep trying, and definitely try the live chat support.

sylph lol my name was changed to zclok, and all my mules names were changed too, i had to have a GM change my name back, but they said my mules had to stay, so now all my mules look like RMT ;/

lol Dirty and syfur stayed the same, but tir and all my rest got changed too lol.
I laugh at the fact that I asked if it was possiable for them to move me back to Ifrit and they where like sure just cost $25 <,<

They told me the same thing, I didn't accept that as an answer and just kept persisting they roll me back and it worked eventually. I really hope you do the same. Anyways I'm sure your new server sucks, you should come back already!

Still havnt rolled me back and dont really care if they do, Nothing for me on ifrit save a few friends, and I actually like my new server. :P

So how long did the rollback take? And does it work everytime? I also was hacked, got it back, and everything was gone, so am just curious & thank you for your responses.
Once I got my request for rollback accepted it did not take long at all, maybe a week max. But the process of getting myself to be accepted for a rollback took about 2 months and a week. Don't screw up like me and make sure to ask for a rollback within a week of getting password reset or you will have to jump through loopholes as I did.

Thank you for your response :) I got pw reset & called them about 10min later for rollback, didnt take long to see i had nothing left so hopefully it will take the time they said. sorry it happened to you :( Really sucks that people do this to others. Anyway, thanks for the info. :)
