where can i find prism powder and silent oil on this server besides auction? ive checked every shop in bastok and san d'oria and its not there please some help me out here ty.

Like the poster above said, they cannot be purchased from NPCs at all. You may want to consider leveling your alchemy a bit, as they are both relatively low level synths, and it's cheaper to farm your own ingredients and synth them instead of buying them off the AH.
