As with many items, the enfeebling torque is under assault on the Auction House by RMT. I'd like an enfeebling torque, but don't want to give gil to any RMT. If you're a real player looking to sell one, I'm happy to pay you a reasonable price and you can avoid AH fees. Thanks for your consideration.

Get a spider torque and use the remainder of cash on HQ staff of your choosing. If you have all the HQ staves... why are you concerned about RMT you rich bastard!
