Assaults {Do You Need It?}Follow

Hello Ifrit Server!

I've recently come back to FFXI after returning from Iraq and I'm really behind the power curve from being gone so long. Two biggest aspects of the game I want to get up to speed are Assaults and CoP Missions.

I'm still on Tier I and I believe I have 3 of them complete at press time. I currently have 5/6 Runic Portals [last one I need is Ilruca(sp?) Atoll Staging Point].

If anyone also needs Tier I done, would just like to help out, or possibly create an Assault Perma Party please let me know. I'm even open to setting up individual area pickup runs 1 at a time just to get this done.

(I'm tired of being a damn Private Second Class when IRL I'm a Sergeant in the USMC. Hate seeing NPC's call me that low rank, lol.)

FYI,
I play on PST and don't get home until approx. 5:30-6pm PST - but I usually can make up for it by staying on late.

Off topic, but, anyone ever take a long break from the game and come back? It's a strange feeling seeing people you helped get Sky access who are in Sea before you, or seeing many good friends you had quit the game. It's funny...all those things have changed, but after reading some of the posts here, it seems the Ifrit Drama is still the same, lol.

C'est la vie! At least S.E. has done a lot in the Fight against RMT in my time gone. I'll be sure to say a little Thank You prayer to them come next Turkey Day, lol.
