Looking for a casual friendly LS...Follow

I just got this game recently, and am now a 14 warrior mithra by the name of Yhozo. I've so far soloed up to 14, but my main drawback to the game so far is the lack of a community it seems at the lower level. I am wondering if there are any friendly LS out there who don't mind a lower level for chatting and grouping purposes.

Hmmm great way to make a first impression I guess. I must be dislexic (how the **** do you spell that) because I misspelled my character name in both my account name and the post....so, name is Yhozo, no Yzoho.....lol

There are a ton of good LSs on the server; what kind of job do you have, playtimes, etc.? If you are on East Coast time, you might not want to join an LS that is mostly people on West Coast or European time zones since that can make it tough to coordinate events. If you do well in parties, often other party members will notice you don't have a pearl and offer you one. That's how I got my first LS pearl; in the dunes after I got my subjob.

Good luck, and welcome to Gilgamesh

Thanks for the information. Right now, my main priority is making it to the Dunes. However, is there any easy way to other than to run across every area inbetween Windhurst and Dunes? My first trip I died in Tahrong Canyon, and now I just died in the Marshlands just a couple areas away (after taking over an hour to run there). ****, I'm surprised I didnt die in that Champaigne place. But now I'm back in Windhurst with an hour wasted lol.

I'm impressed that you ran all that way, heh.

Easiest way is through the ferry from Mhaura; go east in Tahrongi Canyon into Buburimu Peninsula...Mhaura is on the southern coast of the area. There's a ferry there that costs 100 gil (I think) that will take you to Selbina, which is adjacent to Valkurm Dunes.

Just stay below deck on the ferry, if you want to remain alive for the duration of the trip >.>

Oh you gotta be kidding me lol. I made it back to Pashow Marshlands again, and just set my home point at the outpost... oh ****, atleast the scenery has been amazing. One of my favorite parts of this game.

Oh man, you're getting some mileage in dodging aggro. From the outpost back to valkurm is south through the swap and then west through the highlands. You sound like you're a savvy player, so it shouldn't be too bad. I recommend just chatting with the people you party with and see how you like them.

This game is fairly top-end loaded. More people at HL now than low. But that isn't all bad. You'll have lots of experienced players leveling new jobs with really good gear. Just poke about, it won't take long to bump into a group of people that are friendly.

If you see me online, toss me /tell. But you probably won't, since I don't play too much anymore.

If you see me, I don't mind walking you to where you need to go.

I'll get you to Mhaura, then you can take the boat. Just be sure to set your HP in Selbina this time ^^
