If you do not want to farm the spells and deal with competition, you can now purchase enspells from Macchi Gazlitah in Ru'Lude Gardens at <H-9>

The reason why she didn't have the spells previously was because her base sale items are milk and cheese. You have to purchase 2-3 stacks of milk for her to get a 2nd delivery of more items (Cheese Sandwhich, Cream Puffs, Etc).
After some time or by talking to her as a RDM (needs to be verified) she will get a 2nd delivery with enspells.

Burned a lot of Allied notes (Converted items to gil) in order to buy milk but it was worth it.

I just walked up to the NPC as RDM 75, and they were offered. I talked to you about it in game earlier by the NPC.
Oh, and the enspell 2 spells kind of blow. You only get additional damage on first hit that lands each round, unlike the enspell 1 spells where you get additional damage on each hit that lands.

Been around for a long time. Seen many levels, crafted many items, but still haven't learned how to garden successfully /sigh

I know but before then, she only had food items for sale and no enspells. I purchased a large quantity of Milk and proceeded to npc them to the flower mithra near the AH. It was at that time the NPC said she had a new shipment of goods in /say (Both NPC's do this)
